Ways to help the volunteer team continue providing its free emergency service.
DFMRT says its mountain rescue service is free to the people it helps and that the team is a separate charity responsible for raising its own funds. Its members are volunteers.
The team’s official support page lists several ways to help: online donations through its donate page, donations by cheque, standing orders or bank transfer using the team’s donation form, fundraising activities, collecting boxes, and gifts in wills. The page also invites supporters to help with occasional fundraising activities.
